Founder & CEO of Best Homes Real Estate serviced by 1st Class in the Metro-Phoenix area- AZ . Alan started his real estate sales career in 2013 as a solo agent. Three years laters, after selling 75 homes and $21 mil in sales volume he formed a team - The Alan K Group. On January 14 2020, Alan launched Best Homes Homes Real Estate. In the past 2 years, the brokerage has closed 1,074 units, $382 mil in sales volume and hired over 200 agents. During the same period of time, Alan opened 4 more franchise locations, launched Best Rate home Loans, Best Homes Title Agency and and shares how he did it in his free private group.
Outside of running his businesses, Alan has been married for 21 years to Alexandra. They have 3 beautiful kids and a goldendoodle by the name of Benji.
I love helping people transact real estate, honestly! Providing excellent service, honest insight, and offering a perspective from my experience in construction that 90% of agents don't have allows me to serve my clients exceptionally well. Long before I got into real estate in 2002, a handshake meant a promise to me. My word and my integrity are important to me. It's why I serve people and professionals of all types - real estate attorneys, builders, title officers, doctors, CEOs, priests, and many others of various backgrounds. To me, helping people find the perfect home, or sell an existing home, is an important service. It's much more than a business deal to me, and I promise you no-pressure, raving fan service you won't find elsewhere.
A little about my background: David was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. He graduated college in Colorado and lived in Denver 11 years prior to moving to Arizona in 2001. David has two wonderful kids, and a spoiled Beagle. During his career, David has worked as a Project Manager for a home builder and has owned four successful businesses. In addition, he has worked as an Assistant Vice President for Merrill Lynch, and served as Executive Director for a new-concept medical practice. He has also served as a Director of an Arizona luxury home builder, and the Exclusive Broker for a high-end luxury home builder in Paradise Valley and the Arcadia areas. As founder and president of Roney & Associates Realty, David continued to nourish his entrepreneurial spirit, and excelled in providing superior service with the greatest attention to detail. David is proud that his small firm received a Top 10 Ranking by Arizona Business Magazine, three years running, prior to his company being acquired by Coldwell Banker in 2011. In 2014, David joined forces with Fathom Realty. He became the Branch Manager of the Scottsdale office, and a District Director. In spring of 2015, David became the Designated/State Broker for the company in the state of Arizona. In 2020 he moved to serving clients and agents as the Designated Broker of Best Homes Real Estate, a new and innovative real estate company based in Arizona. David has a variety of professional designations, is regularly seeking additional educational opportunities, and has consistently been a multi-million dollar producer. His experience in home-building and construction has proved invaluable to his clients, as have his negotiating and business experience.
When not serving his clients, David spends time with his family. He also donates considerable time to a variety of charities, charitable boards, and his church.

I started my Real Estate journey in 2017 as a new agent looking for inspiration and direction. I came into real estate with over a decade of retail sales & management experience and I was fortunate enough to come across Best Homes CEO, Alan Kushmakov.
Being part of his team is where I learned how to navigate this industry and advance my career in Real Estate. My commitment is to ensure Best Homes provides the best service to ensure our agents have the best experience. My mission is to ensure all the best agents have all the tools they need, know how to use them, and assist in helping provide direction that was given to me many years ago. Outside of work I love spending time at home with my husband of 20+ years, my daughter, our zoo of pets, friends, family, and having fun with my many home & personal projects!

I chose real estate as a career because I love to help people and after a bad experience with a Real Estate Agent, I was determined to become the agent I wish I could have had representing me when I was first buying. Throughout my career I have been a top producer, a mentor, and a designated broker.
My skills and experience have evolved and lead me into my role as Director of Business Development here at Best Homes Real Estate.
